Check-in time is 16:00-21:00, check-out time 10:00
If you don't check-in before 21:00 without contact, we'll cancel your booking and charge a cancellation fee.
In the case of late check-in after 21:00, we'll charge a fee 250yen per 15min.

You can leave your baggage before check-in, please open the entrance by yourself and do so.
After your booking has been confrimed we will let you know the entrance code to open it.
After check-out we can keep your luggage until 21:00.

Cancellation Policy

Let us know about your cancellation or rebooking as soon as possibile.
The cancellation charges are as followed:

• 3-7 days before Check In date　　　　　　50% of room charges
• 1-2 days before Check In date　　　　　　70% of room charges
• Actual day of Check In or No-show　　　100% of room charges
